We just watched Michael Moore’s new movie, Sicko. Instead of trying to write some kind of review, I’d like to point to this well-written review in The American Prospect. I do know a lot of very progressive folks that dislike Michael Moore’s method or the angle of his message. While I understand their complaints, I really like his films and the old TV Nation show. I agree completely with the above-linked review of Sicko and think Moore does an excellent job of bringing American selfishness, lack of compassion, and perhaps lack of common sense into the spotlight.
When will America finally join other industrialized nations in offering universal health care?
