		<description>The best tofu I have ever tasted was in San Jose California.  San Jose Tofu, made fresh daily and they give you a big chunk (一丁) for $1.40.  Far out-tastes anything I have ever had, and when I make it back to that area, I make sure to purchase a hunk.</description>

		<description>Just wanted to drop a quick thanks for the tip. Found some of this (although not the Johnny type) at a local asian import store here in Seattle. I refuse to use any other kind of tofu, I&#039;ve been spoiled rotten. If only it was as cheap as all the others..</description>
